Well, at first I shipped Mal/Inara because all my friends did that. Then I saw the episode in which Inara gets a female client (Trash?) and I started shipping Kaylee/Inara and Mal/Simon. So it kinda grew on me.
And yeah, you do need a Kaylee/Inara icon xD

Seriously, Inara comes up, Kaylee smiles and says "Hey, you", I go "OMG <3 OTPP TIEMZ"
The episode where Inara has a female client just increased my shippingness xD
